  • Custom wigs or color services may require up to 7–10 business days.

Shipping Time:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–5 business days via USPS/UPS

  • International: 7–14 business days (varies by location)

Shipping Fees:

  • Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Info:

  • You will receive tracking info via email once your order has shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

                   Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item was defective or damaged (must be reported within 3 days of delivery)

Note: Hair must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags intact) to be eligible for review.
